We are the only faux beam distribution company that has product in-stock in three different locations across the United States (Ft Lauderdale, FL; Ft Worth, TX; and Fresno, CA), which makes our shipping costs and lead times impossible to beat! Typical lead time for our Rustic faux beams is 1-4 days!

Our beams are transported via common carrier (truck) and are delivered directly to your jobsite/residence. Will Call is also available by appointment. No company can match our flexibility to meet your shipping needs.

When receiving faux beams:

Please be sure to inspect all beams before the driver leaves. In the event that damage is found, be sure to reject the damaged portion of the shipment and note the damage on bill of lading (which the driver will ask you to sign). Then, contact us IMMEDIATELY at 888-249-8214 and we will replace the damaged product and file a claim on your behalf.

If damage is found after the driver has left and the bill of lading has been signed (without noting damage), immediately notify the shipping company of the issue and call us at 888-249-8214. If damage is not documented within 24 hours of shipment it is up to the you to file a claim with the shipping company. In any event, please give us a call and we can advise you with what steps to take.
